Planned Negligance

So much of this World Cup has been defined by broken websites, lack of clarity on ticket prices, and now variable pricing parking. Honestly, this planned negligence appears to be more and more part of the plan rather than a bug. It’s more important now more than ever to be as STRATEGIC as possible with your purchases. Don’t panic buy, do as much research as possible on prices, and if anything, wait for Phase 3 to purchase tickets (because at least at that point we know where the teams are playing).
